Senator Colston asked the Minister representing the Minister for Telecommunications and Aviation Support, upon notice, on 31 May 1989:

(1) Which post offices and post office agencies in New South Wales have opened since 24 September 1987 and on what date did each office or agency commence operations.

(2) Which post offices and post office agencies in New South Wales have permanently closed since 24 September 1987 and when did each closure occur.

(3) Which post offices and post office agencies in New South Wales have been renamed since 24 September 1987; what were their original names; when was each office renamed; and what are the new names.
