Senator BOSWELL(10.54) —The Minister for Finance has explained that clause 9, proposed section 270, does not set reasonable benefits. I have never argued that it did. All I have said is that it gives a head of power for the Government to rule on State and Territory superannuation funds. I want to make that point clear. When will the review come down to advise these people how much their retirement benefits will be affected by altering the reasonable benefits limits? Can the Minister give me an approximate time?
