To the Honourable the President and members of the Senate in Parliament assembled.

The Petition of the undersigned citizens of Australia calls upon Parliament to:

(1) Re-establish control over interest rates-and in particular those affecting housing, farming, and small business.

(2) Take action which enables the repatriation of our resources and heritage in the long-term.

(3) Ban the export of profits deriving from Australian-owned businesses and companies.

(4) Develop programmes to limit the vulnerability of the Australian economy to overseas influences.

(5) Enact the monetary means to develop and sustain an equitable internal economy, which properly reflects the natural wealth of our Nation.

(6) In the spirit of the above, generally guide our Nation towards a sustainable, humanitarian future-by evolving the regulatory means to deal with encroaching environmental problems, and social break-down. For example: the greenhouse effect, homelessness and drug-dependency.

And your petitioners in duty bound will ever pray.
