Senator RICHARDSON (Minister for the Arts, Sport, the Environment, Tourism and Territories)(8.30) —No, I do not have that information. It is true that Senator Newman asked a question on notice about the matter, but that question has some serious definitional problems-for example, for computer systems that may be part of other systems. It has methodological problems. There is also the problem of replacement value versus historical cost valuation. For those reasons it would take a considerable amount of time and effort to provide that information. The Department will be working on it but it will not happen today. I have been advised that the Minister has said that in view of the effort involved he does not propose to answer the question.
