Senator BISHOP(6.10) —In line with Senator Newman's questions, I wonder whether the Minister could tell us, perhaps on advice from his advisers, why it is that Australia has decided that it is able to do something that none of our comparable allies have been able to do-that is, to centralise the entire activities of the three Services under the DESINE project when this mode of acting has been rejected by our allies of comparable standing.
