Senator TATE —Senator Tambling has placed a large number of questions on notice, as well as asking a question without notice, the answers to which I have undertaken to provide for him as quickly as possible. Indeed, I think the answers to questions Nos. 689, 690 and 805 have been placed in his room in the last hour or so. The answer to question No. 437 was approved by the Minister on 20 September 1988 but appears not to have been conveyed to the honourable senator. I have that answer with me at the moment and can convey that to the honourable senator. The answer to question No. 917 will be provided as soon as all the details are known. I apologise to Senator Tambling for the delays in answering outstanding questions to this point, but he will understand that the resources of the Department and of the Aboriginal Development Commission have been fully stretched, having regard to the many questions that have been put to them over the last several months.
