Senator HILL —by leave-May I endorse what the Minister for Consumer Affairs (Senator Bolkus) has said. Although we may disagree with the principle behind much of this legislation, which was the subject of debate yesterday, we also recognise the enormous amount of work that has been put in by a great number of people. It has all been constructive work towards the goal of better commercial law in this country and is appreciated by the Opposition. Finally, this morning has indicated, if one ever needed any further indication, how valuable parliamentary committees can be in expediting the work of this chamber.
