Senator HILL(11.30) —I am very familiar with the tracing argument. It has been the subject of some negotiation. I believe I have some amendments in the form of a draft which the Government, as a result of our negotiations, had prepared today, and which we would seek to adopt. I am quite happy to move the Government's draft if the Chair has it.

The CHAIRMAN —You had better be more precise as to the wording and heading of it. I have your amendments, but not your version of the Government's amendments. Perhaps Senator Bolkus can help us.
