Senator HILL(11.14) —No, it is not. I am still unclear as to what opinions the Government is relying on in coming to its view regarding the constitutional validity of this package. The Minister has said to us this morning that the advice is that it is constitutionally sound. Is the Minister relying solely on the opinion of Sir Maurice Byers, with which we are all familiar? Or is the Government relying on other opinions? If, so, what other opinions?
