Senator HILL(12.12) —The Australian Vice-Chancellors Committee has pressed it not only on the Opposition but also, I presume, on the Government. It is just that we have addressed the matter and the Government has not.

Senator Tate —I am told that the matter of radio has not been put to the Government by the vice-chancellors.

Senator HILL —I draw the Minister's attention to a letter to the Hon. Lionel Bowen, MP, Attorney-General, Parliament House, Canberra, ACT, dated 17 November 1988, which specifically presses this matter upon the Government.
