Senator REID(6.09) —So there will not be the same sort of attention given to Bowen Island or the same sort of surveillance as has been the case? It will merely be a ranger who may or may not have time to visit it from time to time. Are we to take it that the present rangers down there looking after this park have time on their hands which enables them freely to look after Bowen Island? A person has been living on the island full-time.
