Senator Grimes —There is no one present who knows the answer, I am afraid.


Senator WALTERS —The Minister may be able to give me some of the answers to the further questions that I want to ask. As the home confinement is commonly regarded by most responsible authorities as a dangerous procedure in terms of both maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity, should the Government be seen to encourage such practices? That is a question that I am sure the Minister could answer.
