Senator WALTERS(10.34) —I was appalled to hear Senator Chipp accuse Senator Durack of politicking. Perhaps now he is in the chamber he could describe what it is when he is quoted as saying: `We are having a very close look before we give them an answer on cash bidding at their attitude to woodchips.' What on earth do we call that if it is not politicking? He said that only a moron would not change his mind. He has not changed his mind on cash bidding. He has sold out on the woodchips and done a deal. He has said that he likes his deals to be made in public. It is obvious to the Senate that that is just what is happening now. He is doing his deals in public. How dare he accuse this Party of politicking.
