Senator PETER RAE —Mr Deputy President, I seek leave of the Senate to make a brief personal explanation to correct the Hansard.

Leave granted.

Senator PETER RAE —The Senate Hansard of 6 November 1985, at page 1,680, attributes to me behaviour which is the near ultimate in schizophrenia, duplicity or plain confusion, because it has me listed as having voted on both sides-for the ayes and for the noes. I would like the record to be corrected to show that I voted with my colleagues for the ayes. In fact, it was Senator Robert Ray who voted with his colleagues for the noes. So that any judgment made about schizophrenia, duplicity or confusion can be made on a factual basis, I ask that the record be corrected.
