Motion (by Senator Haines) agreed to:

That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend the Social Security Act 1947 to ensure that payments made under the Federal Restitution Act of the Federal Republic of Germany as compensation, restitution or reparation for persecution inflicted by the Nazi regime do not affect social security entitlements.
