Senator LEWIS(6.26) —While the Minister is thinking about that, I have another question on exactly the same matter. We appreciate that he is under a lot of pressure and we do not want to rush him off his feet. I refer to the notes forming part of the accounts for the year ending 30 June 1984, and in particular to note No. 16. I hope Senator Siddons will look at this note because it is relevant to an interjection he made when I was making my speech earlier. The note relates to the commitment for employer superannuation liability, and states:

The statements do not include the possible liability of the Corporation to the Commonwealth by way of employer contributions for post-retirement pension increases. The result of an actuarial study being undertaken by the Department of Finance and referred to in the 1981-82 Report has not been finalised.

That was referred to in the 1981-82 report. As at 30 June 1984 it had not been finalised. I would like to know whether it was finalised as at 30 June 1985 or since-by 6.26 p.m. on 16 September 1985.

The CHAIRMAN —Senator MacGibbon, you may speak in the Committee stage and adequately explain your problem in a speech during that stage. One thing you cannot do is use standing order 410, because this is not the same debate as it was when you made the previous statement.
