Senator BOSWELL —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That the Senate-

(a) deplores the inaction of the Federal Government to exert pressure on the Australian Council of Trade Unions and its affiliated unions to obey the rulings of the Northern Territory Industrial Commission in the Mudginberri dispute;

. (b) deplores the Government's lack of action in not demanding that its Commonwealth meat inspectors inspect meat destined for export and earn their pay;

(c) condemns the Government for not governing for all Australians by its support for the union movement and lack of support for the pastoral and meat processing industries; and

(d) calls on the Labor socialist Government to explain why it expects employers to abide by the awards of the Arbitration Commission when the Federal Government and the union movement will not similarly obey the orders of the arbitration system.
