Senator MARTIN(2.47) — Briefly, there has been no breaking of agreements. Senator Harradine did have an indication that the Opposition would support amendment No. (13) and, when the vote is recorded, we will. Senator Missen stated a point of view, which as a member of the Liberal Party of Australia he is perfectly entitled to state. We believe that it is one of the strengths of our Party that people are not, each and every one, bound by a Caucus vote. I do not belive it is necessary for me to apologise for Senator Missen. He has stated his point of view, which he is entitled to hold and entitled to express.
