Senator HARRADINE(1.46) —Clause 30, which deals with certain discrimination on the grounds of sex 'not unlawful', talks about the genuine occupational qualifications of persons. Would the preference of a women to a man as principal of a girls' boarding school be permissible under this clause on the basis that for the particular position it was a genuine occupational qualification for the appointee that the appointee should be a woman?
