Senator PETER BAUME(10.48) —I seek some clarification. The honourable senator refers to a sequence of consecutive numbers. Should I read that to mean that where duplication of numbers occurs, they cease to be in a sequence of consecutive numbers? It does not actually say they will not be counted past that point.

Senator Missen —They will not be; past that point they will make up the 90 per cent.

Senator Macklin —Yes.

Senator PETER BAUME —As long as that is clear. It may be unnecessary for us to move any of the other amendments.
