Mr BEAZLEY (3:26 PM) —My question is to the Minister for Aged Care and follows the answer she gave to a previous question from this side of the House. Does your answer mean that all the reports from your agency related to Riverside and all the other problem nursing homes arrived on your desk regularly, with updates as to the implementation of any recommended action?

Mrs BRONWYN BISHOP (Minister for Aged Care) —It means that I receive update reports of the present state at the date of the report from the standards and accreditation agency which, I might remind you, is an independent agency.
