Mr SPENDER —Madam Speaker-

Government members-Point of order!

Mr SPENDER —On this occasion I do not rise to make a point of order; I rise to agree with what has been said and to say to you, Madam Speaker, that you have a most difficult job. This is rather like a bear pit, particularly during Question Time. I think there may have been the infrequent occasions when my points of order have stretched your patience a little far. Perhaps we can discuss points of order and parliamentary procedures on another occasion, in different circumstances when we come back here.

To all those who are leaving the House now from the Government side I simply say that I wish them all the success that their record deserves and, in that event, we will be on that side of the House and they will be on this side.
