Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER (Mr Mildren) —Madam Speaker has received a letter from the Leader of the National Party of Australia (Mr Sinclair) proposing that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely:

The failure of the Government to recognise and respond to the fact that the major difficulties faced by exporters result from its own policies and not from external factors.

I call upon those members who approve of the proposed discussion to rise in their places.
