The following notice was given:

Mr Braithwaite to move-

(1) That this House condemns the Government for its laissez-faire attitude to industrial disputation in Australia's export industries, particularly in relation to the appalling industrial record of Australia's coal mining unions and

(2) calls on the Government to adopt the Federal National Party's policy of introducing essential services legislation to protect Australia's vital export industries from industrial relations blackmail.
