Mr IAN CAMERON —Yes, Madam Speaker. The words I used yesterday were the words of the Minister for Social Security (Mr Howe) which were recorded in Hansard. There is absolutely no reason why he should have to come back into this House today and repeat those remarks to you. There is absolutely no reason why he should be--

Madam SPEAKER —Order! The honourable member will resume his seat. He has made his point, and it is not a personal explanation either. I suggest to all honourable members that they look at the Standing Orders that they are so fond of quoting and work out for themselves what a personal explanation is. An honourable member needs to have been personally misrepresented. That seems pretty clear to me.
