Mr YOUNG (Leader of the House)(3.11) —Madam Acting Speaker, I do not wish to interfere with the raising of this matter of privilege, which is for you to determine of course, but could you add to it and ask how the right honourable member for New England (Mr Sinclair) knocked off the gear from the post office?


Madam ACTING SPEAKER —Order! In accordance with the practice in these matters I will give consideration to the issues raised by the Leader of the National Party and I will advise the House of my decision in due course.
