Mr YOUNG (Leader of the House)(10.03) —I take it that the Leader of the National Party has not seen the report. It may be that he will not want to debate it.

Mr Peacock —We would have debated the report if we had received it at 8.30 this morning.

Mr YOUNG —That is not true. The honourable member should not make such accusations.

Mr SPEAKER —Order! The indulgence of the Chair to allow the Minister to answer a question of the Leader of the National Party does not entitle members to debate the issue. I take it that that was the response of the Leader of the House.

Debate (on motion by Mr N. A. Brown) adjourned.
