Motion (by Mr Young) proposed:

That so much of the Standing Orders be suspended as would prevent the Leader of the Opposition making a statement to the House and speaking for a period not exceeding 30 minutes.


Mr SPEAKER —The question is that the motion be agreed to. All those of that opinion say aye, to the contrary no-

Mr Hawke-Your coach said no. Oh, what a team.


Mr SPEAKER —I think the ayes--
