Mr DONALD CAMERON —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That this House-

(1) notes that

(a) the Government has increased the income tax responsibilities of an aged pensioner, earning only $20 per week above the pension from such things as mowing and cleaning duties, by more than 400% since the Liberals lost power, and

(b) living standards of these pensioners have decreased, and

(2) condemns outright this high-taxing Government for its failure to make adjustments to tax thresholds applicable to the aged and those in the workforce.
