Summary

Further to the Workplace Relations Amendment (Registration and Accountability of Organisations) Bill 2002, the bill: makes consequential amendments, including the repeal of certain provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996; and contains transitional and savings provisions; also amends the Workplace Relations Act 1996 to: correct errors and omissions; and remove obsolete references; and makes consequential amendments to 20 other Acts.
