1 After subsection 317LA(1)
Insert:
(1A) The AFP Commissioner must not give an approval under paragraph (1)(b) unless the AFP Commissioner is satisfied that:
(a) the requirements imposed by the notice are reasonable and proportionate; and
(b) compliance with the notice is:
(i) practicable; and
(ii) technically feasible.
