Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006

1  Section 790C

Omit “The Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment) Regulations 2009 ”, substitute “Prescribed regulations made under this Act”.

2  Subsection 790D(1)

Omit “the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment) Regulations 2009 ”, substitute “prescribed regulations made under this Act”.

3  Subsections 790D(2) and (3)

Omit “The Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment) Regulations 2009 ”, substitute “Prescribed regulations made under this Act”.
