Schedule 2 — Amendment of the Tax and Superannuation Laws Amendment (2014 Measures No. 7) Act 2015

   

Tax and Superannuation Laws Amendment (2014 Measures No. 7) Act 2015

1  Subsection 2(1) (table item 12)

Repeal the item, substitute:

12.  Schedule 6, Part 3

1 July 2020.

However, the provisions do not commence at all if Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Junior Minerals Exploration Incentive) Act 2017 commence before 1 July 2020.

 

2  Subsection 2(1) (table item 14)

Repeal the item, substitute:

12.  Schedule 6, Part 4, Division 2

1 July 2020.

However, the provisions do not commence at all if Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Junior Minerals Exploration Incentive) Act 2017 commence before 1 July 2020.
