The PRESIDENT - I have given some thought to the matter raised earlier by Senator Hannan, namely, whether he should seek leave to play a proposed anthem inside the Senate chamber, and I think this would be improper. However, in order to allow the honourable senator the maximum capacity to publicise something which he obviously wishes to bring to the notice of honourable senators, and since he asked me the question earlier this morning, I have sent a message to the Parliamentary Librarian. As is usual on Wednesday night and Thursday night there will be a screening of films in committee rooms 1 and 2 and I have arranged if Senator Hannan will provide the tape, that it be played as a prelude to the films this evening at 7 o clock.
