Senator WEBSTER -Does the Minister representing the Treasurer recall that the former Government from time to time published for the guidance of primary producers a booklet known as 'Taxation for Farmers and Graziers'?. Does the Minister acknowledge that the Labor Government has proposed and is introducing significant changes to the income tax structure so as to withdraw from farmers benefits which previously encouraged modernisation of equipment, conservation of fodder and water, and productivity? Is it not a fact that the incidence of income tax will escalate under Labor Party policy? As a guide to primary producers, will the Treasurer or the Minister for Primary Industry quickly consolidate the facts into a booklet to advise rural dwellers on taxation of farmers and graziers under Labor?

Senator WILLESEE - The question seems to boil down to this: Evidently a book in relation to previous years is in existence and the honourable senator would like it brought up to date. I will refer the question to the Treasurer.
