Senator DOUGLAS McCLELLAND (NEW SOUTH WALES) My question is directed to the Acting PostmasterGeneral. In view of the Government's decision to proceed with the intro- duction of colour television, will the Minister agree that it is imperative to expedite consideration of the establishment of educational television services in Australia? Will the Minister consider the presentation to Parliament of a White Paper on educational television so that the matter can be debated in the present parliamentary session?

Senator COTTON - While I do not wish to respond to propositions prefaced by the words 'Will the Minister agree', educational television interests me greatly. I shall seek the advice of the Postmaster-General's Department and of those responsible to see what can be done to further the proposal put by the honourable senator.
