Senator LECKIE (Victoria) .- 1. think that the objections which have been voiced in this discussion would be met if the Minister would agree to add to paragraph e the words, " whose income is entirely expended in Australia ". If these organizations, in their trading activities, are competing with private businesses, we should be assured that the profits made by them are expended in this country, and not sent to some other part of the world. This would probably remove the cause of irritation on the part of those private business firms, with whom these organizations are in competition.
