Senator McLACHLAN - This reasoning rests on a solid foundation of fact. Honorable senators opposite endeavour to escape from the findings of the board by saying that they were arrived at in pursuance of paragraph d, whereas they should have been arrived at in pursuance of paragraph h. What does it matter under which section of the act these findings were arrived at ? A full inquiry was held, all interested were heard, and the board's findings are available for every honorable senator to read.
