The PRESIDENT - The honorable senator will perceive that the motion is worded in such a way that that cannot be done if it is allowed to remain in its present form, as it commences with the words, "That the Senate of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia." The honorable senator may, at a later stage, submit an amendment to the effect that the House of Representatives be asked to adopt a similar motion.
