Senator DE LARGIE asked the Minister representing the Minister of Home Affairs, upon notice -

1.   Has the Department of Home Affairs received from the South Australian Government a copy of the specifications and schedule of prices for the Hinippn-Decrees Bay Railway contract, No. 120/1013, South Australia, asked for in the Senate on 19th November?

2.   Is it not a fact that a copy of the specifications and schedule of prices of the MinippaDecrees Bay Railway contract, so far as they affected Mr. Teesdale Smith's contract on the Kalgoorlie-Port Augusta Bailway, has been in the possession of the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch of the Home Affairs Department for some considerable time?

3.   Will the Minister for Home Affairs give members of the Senate an early opportunity of perusing the specifications and schedule of prices for the Minippa-Decrees Bay Bailway loaned to Mr. Deane by Mr. Teesdale Smith last February, and referred to in Mr. Deane's letter to the Supervising Engineer, Port Augusta, 14th February, and Mr. Deane's letter to Mr. Teesdale Smith, dated 18th February, 1914?
