Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -The question now is that the House take note of the paper. Those of that opinion say 'Aye'.

Mr Daly - I wish to address a few words to the House.

Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER (Mr Lucock)Order! The honourable member for Grayndler may not address the House.

Mr Daly - I have not agreed that the question be put.

Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -The majority did, and unfortunately the honourable member for Grayndler was on the wrong side. The question now is that the motion be agreed to.

Mr Daly - I take a point of order.

Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -Order! There is no point of order to be taken. I pointed out to the honourable member for Grayndler that the House has voted on the question that the question be put. The House having agreed to the motion, even if the honourable member for Grayndler was on the wrong side he is not entitled to make a speech.
