Mr HAYDEN (Oxley) - The Opposition opposes this provision. I mentioned earlier the reasons why the Opposition opposes it. I would like that fact to be noted in the record. Normally the Opposition would call for a division, but it will not do so on this occasion. I would like to say that the Opposition appreciates the courtesy and consideration which has been shown to it by the Minister for National Development (Mr Swartz) in allowing nearly an extra 15 minutes beyond the time at which it was proposed to gag this debate. This has allowed some members of the Opposition who had not done so to speak in the debate.

Clause agreed to.

Remainder of Bill - by leave - taken as a whole, and agreed to.

Bill reported without amendment; report adopted.
