Sir GARFIELD BARWICK - As I was saying, I suppose we could stay here for a long time telling each other all the classical arguments for and against the death penalty. I have given the Opposition, even at this late hour, a very sound opportunity. The last speaker left the subject altogether. For most of his time, he went away from the topic of the death penalty. In the circumstances, I move -
