Mr HAROLD HOLT (Higgins) (Treasurer) . - in reply - I rise only because of the favorable comments made by the Deputy Leader of the Opposition (Mr. Calwell) on the Commissioner of Taxation. I do not think that this is necessarily the most suitable occasion, or the only occasion, on which we shall be able to pay a fitting tribute to the Commissioner, who is still very much with us.

Mr Wheeler - I do not want to pay any tribute to him.
