Mr BUCHANAN (MCMILLAN, VICTORIA) - I ask the Minister for Health a question: When the National Health Bill is proclaimed and chemists are required to collect 5s. towards the cost of every national health scheme prescription, will they be permitted to refuse to supply a prescription if they believe that they will not be paid, or is it mandatory for them to supply a prescription, the cost of which may legally be regarded as a Government contribution to the needs of the person requiring it?
