Mr CLAY (St. George) .- Mr. Chairman, the Attorney-General has signified with great clarity that paragraph (b) is designed to protect the interests of women in marriage. The honorable member for Lang (Mr, Stewart) has mentioned the report of the Royal Commission on Marriage and Divorce in the United Kingdom. Therefore, I think it would be interesting to discover who were the members of that royal commission. Were there any representatives of the fair sex? Perhaps the Attorney-General will enlighten us.
