Mr BRYANT - I address my question to the acting Minister for External Affairs. Is the Minister aware that there is a great deal of public concern about Australia's action when the votes were being taken at the United Nations recently in relation to two matters - that which was mentioned by the honorable member for Werriwa, concerning atomic weapons, and that concerning the position in South Africa? Will the honorable gentleman, before the House goes into recess, make arrangements to enable the House to discuss these matters and give vent to opinions opposed to those held by him and the Government?
