Mr Whitlam m asked the Minister for Health, upon notice -

1.   Is reserpine regarded, as stated by the Minislei for External Affairs in this House, on 25th May, 1955, as valuable in the treatment of high blood pressure and hypertension?

2.   ls reserpine marketed under the trade name Serpasil?

3.   Has the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee considered the listing of Serpasil as si pharmaceutical benefit under the National Health Act?

4.   If so, what was the date and text of the committee's recommendation?
