Mr Beazley - Is the Minister for Labour and National Service (Mr. Harold Holt) in order, Mr. Speaker, in interrupting the speech of the honorable member for East Sydney (Mr. Ward) as he has done? He interrupted the honorable member on the pretext that he was raising a point of order. He asked for your ruling and then, before you had a chance to give a ruling, he moved that the question be put. I submit that the speech of the honorable member for East Sydney was interrupted on a pretext, and that the Minister should be compelled to proceed with his pretext and listen to your ruling.
