Mr BERNARD CORSER (WIDE BAY, QUEENSLAND) - I ask the Minister representing the Minister for Trade and Customs whether, as the press to-day states, it is intended to increase the exports of first-quality Australian-made suiting materials to New Zealand, raising the total exports to approximately 705,000 square yards of woollen piece goods? If so, will the Minister state why the Government is permitting so large an export at a time when hundreds of Australians, particularly ex-servicemen, are unable to buy much-needed suits?
